Accent Studio renders full range of dubbing, recording and sound editing services. Digital audio editing includes ADR/Foley recording and assembling; original sound enhancement with sound effects; Sound Design; music recording, layout and assembling; Pre Mix, Mix, and Dolby Digital Surround EX encoding can also be employed for movies.
The essential part of these workscan be maintained simultaneously (ADR/Foley recording and assembling, original sound enhancement with sound effects, Sound Design, music layout and assembling).
Adaptation for Russian market (translation, editing, fitting) is performed by Dubbing and Narrating Department.
The best up-to-date equipment is usedIn Postproduction Sound complex, so that any challenge would be resolved.
The principal work upon soundtrack starts after the sound producer receives rough-cut of the movie or separate scenes. ADR or Foley recording are to be done first.
The tone studios as a part of The Accent Studio sound complex are provided for dubbing.
The Foley recording is performed in specially equipped pavilions where paths with different cover (gravel, asphalt, parquet, etc) and doors of various constructions are installed, also there is a huge collection of properties for recording.
The studios were designed and built by top specialists of acoustic design.
There are 12 sound booths for digital editing, 5 ADR studios, 4 dubbing and voice-over narrating studios, and 2 studios for Foley recording at Accent Studio' disposal.
ADR/Foley recording is performed in mono PCM48khz/24bit mode, while panoraming laid down in Dolby. After this stage is completed, ADR/Foley should be assembled and background (ambient) is to be developed. The ambient noise is to be recorded in stereo in advance. Sound producer can correct/place additional sound effect or replace it with one from the library within the mixing process.
Special sound effects are also performed in the rooms equipped for editing. The special sound effectsare modeled from audio of The Studio' sound library or can be recorded at the location. We have to mention that today The Accent Studio owns rich sound library, which has been used used for many TV series, movies and advertising.
Our Studio works under job contract system (against hour system), which is a real benefit for many of our customers, especially in the period of crisis.
